It was a conscious decision for me to apply to the University of Vienna, so I seriously considered the question of who would help me with the admission process. I was very interested in Alina's blog, where she talks about life in Vienna, what nuances you need to know and how to make your stay abroad as comfortable as possible. I asked Alina for help. Alina had been helping me with the admissions process at the University of Vienna since February. Every time I had questions, Alina answered them quickly and explained everything in detail. I had a complete list of documents for enrolment, a residence card, and a list of websites for halls of residence. Everything was so clear. Alina called the university to check on my admission if there were any problems. When I arrived in Vienna, Alina accompanied me to the university where we were able to register for courses. I also decided on important things like insurance, registration and opening a bank account together with Alina. We went to all the institutions together and got everything we needed. As Alina has been living in Vienna for a long time and has gone through this registration process herself, I learned a lot about nuances that I would never know from agencies or other people from Russia. Alina is a person who is easy to get in touch with and who will help and support you through this challenging time in your life.

My name is Anya. This year I enrolled in a language course at the University of Vienna. I am very happy and I owe it all to Alina. Alina is a stroke of luck for anyone wanting to register in Austria. I had been looking for agencies for a long time and was full of doubts about the services and prices offered. But as soon as I saw Alina's Instagram page, I knew who was going to help me make my dream come true. I can tell you for sure that you will not regret choosing Alina. Favourable prices, 100% responsiveness, responsibility and constant monitoring of the admission process. I want to thank Alina for advising me on all the issues that arose, for helping me in difficult situations and for providing personal support at all the receptions at the University and at the Magistrate's Office. We did a lot of work, starting with documents for the university, ending with local insurance, opening a bank account and even buying a SIM card for a phone. Alina has opened up a new life for me! And I am so grateful to her! I recommend her to anyone who wants to live and study in Austria.

Hello everyone! If you haven't yet turned to Alina for help, then let my review be the impetus for you to do so. The name of the service I bought from Alina ("full support") is fully justified. We started working with her on my admission in December 2019, and by 1 October 2020 I had already moved to Vienna and enrolled at the university. Right after the first consultation, Alina sorted out all the points related to the residence permit and admission, I got a clear plan. Alina was always in contact with me, she had all the necessary and up-to-date information about admission and registration of all documents, answered numerous questions, called the university and the halls of residence when I had questions, and helped me to make the right decisions. This year was quite difficult for applicants due to the pandemic, but Alina always knew what to do, reacted quickly to any changes and guided me. Now that I am in Vienna, we have done a lot of work and I am very grateful to her. Alina continues to accompany me in Vienna and I am very happy that I do not have to worry about documents during the immigration process and that I have such a reliable and responsible assistant.

It all started as a consultancy. We called Alina in the middle of last summer, at the time of the world lockdown. There was confusion in my head, fuelled by fear and a whole series of doubts. What is the first step? What is necessary? When? Where? And above all, how? The consultation lasted less than an hour, but it saved days of comparing information from different sources and searching for the truth. Many frightening things became clear. It turned out they weren't so scary after all. So it was time to act. After careful consideration, my family and I decided to use Alina's Full Support service. And more than once we were convinced that our decision was the right one. Throughout the whole process, from admission to applying for a residence permit, there were nuances that, without a detailed explanation from Alina, could have thrown me off track and discouraged me from continuing. Alina was in touch around the clock and answered immediately, sometimes to the same questions over and over again. In moments of doubt, she served as a supporter, convinced that everything was going on as usual. Even aspects such as the refusal of a residence permit for the first time did not seem problematic, as I could always find help in Alina. After my arrival in Vienna, Alina's assistant, Kseniia, helped me with the rest of the process, such as getting a local registration and health insurance, moving into the student dormitory, choosing a mobile phone provider, opening a student bank account, etc. Alina's absence was not felt, Kseniia was always in touch and knew the answers to all my questions. I don't think I could have managed everything on my own. Certainly not the first time and certainly not the second. I am very grateful to Alina and Kseniia for the time, energy and excitement they saved me!

We started 5 years ago. To say that the path to university enrolment, residence permit and student visa was not easy is to say nothing. But we overcame everything and managed everything. Many thanks to Alina for walking this difficult way with us, being a supporter and a reliable advisor for many months! Thank you for always being in touch, for dozens of messages and explanations, for detailed answers to all our questions, for your patience, positivity and work! And even though your service has a price, your attitude towards what you have done for us is priceless. You are the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Galina (Evelina's Mother)

My enrolment had been planned for a long time and I had to choose between Austria and Germany, but I decided to go with the first option. Despite the high language level and the possibility to enrol through a school curator, I decided not to risk my move, my time and my nerves and chose a "mentor". I didn't want to trust my admission to companies based in Russia, I needed a mobile person from "inside". I followed Alina's blog on Instagram and just watched for a while. On New Year's Eve, I took the "full support" option and did not regret it. Alina was in touch 24/7 and we met when I arrived in Vienna. Result: we enrolled in BWL at two top universities: University of Vienna and WU, prepared documents (Alina explained in detail what, where and when to do) and by October I was attending classes at VWU with insurance, a SIM card and a bank account. I am glad that I trusted Alina and that such important processes as emigration and admission were "painless".

Since the end of my 3rd year at university, I had been dreaming of studying abroad. This time around, I had my eye on a number of different options. I didn't think about Austria at all, mainly because of the language - I never had the chance to learn German. My search lasted six months until my friend and I spontaneously booked a flight to Austria. A week before the flight, I came across Alina's blog about studying in the country. What I liked right away was that Alina had already answered the most basic questions about moving in her blog! When I got back, I knew I wanted to study in Austria. I decided to ask Alina for help. We've been communicating for over a year now and I can't find a single negative moment in it. First of all, due to some circumstances, my trip to Austria was postponed for almost a year. But during this time Alina and I never lost contact, she always kindly and sincerely discussed with me all the necessary and general points regarding the admission, collection of documents, etc. Secondly, all the information from Alina was so accurate and most of all relevant! (which was incredibly important during the pandemic). We got all the important documents done in the shortest possible time: I got a residence permit in just 2 weeks when all borders were closed and embassies were almost not working!!!! I would also like to thank you for your help in finding a place to stay. We found a place much cheaper than I had expected. It is impossible to describe how many problems Alina solved during the process of signing the contract. I want to thank Alina for never having doubted her honesty and responsibility. As a result, I am now starting my journey in Vienna and if there are any problems, I know where to find help. Alina is my great and true love!

In class 10, when I finally decided to enrol in Austria, I came across Alina's Instagram profile. The posts there helped me to get a very detailed picture of the Austrian university admissions process. I then decided to use her "Full Support" service and I can say for sure that I have never regretted it! Alina always answered all my questions about accommodation, admissions and visas. With her help, I quickly collected all the necessary documents and soon received two invitations from the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Technology. The documents for the residence permit and the visa were also collected very quickly and without any stress. Everything went exactly according to plan and Alina always responded quickly and promptly when I had any misunderstandings. Anyone who is thinking of applying to Austria, I strongly advise you to contact Alina! It will make your life so much easier because you will have a person who knows everything about the country and the process! Alina is a real professional, she has already helped many students to realise their dream of moving to Austria and studying there, and I am sure she will help you to achieve this, even quickly and easily! :)

Two years ago, I couldn't believe that I would be sitting in a dormitory in Vienna writing about my journey. Living in Austria was my big dream that came true because of Alina. In the summer of 2019, I started thinking about entering Europe, the choice was between Germany and Austria. Then I went to Vienna with a friend and I was 100% sure that I wanted to study and live here. So far I knew absolutely nothing about the admission system and all the nuances of the documents. Then I started looking for information and possibly agencies (at first, I wanted to use agency services). But after analysing the system of work in Ukraine, I realised that it does not suit me at all. I also heard a lot of negative reviews. I found Alina's Instagram blog long before that, as it's very informative, but I didn't know about her services. At the end of 2019, we started working on my admission. From the first days I had a clear plan, Alina was always in contact, even on holiday I never waited for an answer. She checked all the documents, controlled all my actions, called the university or the magistrate if necessary and always supported me. Yes, we were working at a special time - the time of the pandemic, but I was never worried because Alina controlled everything and was aware of all the new information. I can say with certainty that working with Alina means trust in everything, 100% communication with the client, professionalism and total dedication.

Admission is always a difficult task, especially to a foreign university. After all, you have to decide on a university, choose a programme, generally understand what you want and expect from studying, and the location is also important. So my choice was between Germany and Austria. I found Alina through Instagram, read her posts about living and studying in Austria, watched other people's admissions process and read reviews. In the end, I chose Austria because I already had friends there, my parents wanted me to study in Austria more than in Germany, and I found Alina! Everything fell into place! :) Before that, of course, there was a phase of searching for companies that help with admissions to foreign universities. I was not happy with the fact that you have to pay for a separate application and it was really expensive. With Alina, we submitted 4 applications to 2 universities (as I could not decide on the faculty at the time of submission), for which I am very grateful to her. I have never regretted "doing it" with Alina. Alina always explained everything in detail and when I was already in Vienna, Alina met me and issued the necessary documents. I could always ask any question about the admission and she helped me immediately! A kind, warm and sympathetic person! If you have any doubts - I recommend Alina, you can't go wrong!

I'm finally in Vienna and got my residence permit😊 thanks to Alina and her assistant Kseniia for the hard way we made We worked with Alina for almost a year on my application to Vienna. I am grateful to her for her help in collecting and submitting documents, for her tips on how to speed up the process and not wait until next year, for translating all the letters we wrote to the university and the judge. I have not regretted one minute of asking for her help!

My family hasn't moved much. The last few generations have not. So when I got excited about the idea of higher education in Europe, they had to go through all the stages of acceptance. But once the idea started to sound good to them, I realised that in practice it's much more complicated and I can't do it all myself. I didn't want to deal with the company because it is: 1) unreasonably expensive; 2) keeps you away from the document aspect. I wanted to do it myself, but with a person who knows what to do and how to do it. And Alina saved me :) For 10 months we collected documents, submitted applications, booked appointments and waited, waited, waited. The whole admissions process reminded me of a multi-stage game where you have to complete a series of tasks to get to the next stage. I knew what I was doing and what to expect. As a result, not a single nerve cell in my body was disturbed during the entire time of admission and relocation. This was also made easier by the fact that if I had any difficulties I could always turn to Alina and Kseniia, who explained what was going on. Just a few days ago I received my residence permit, and now I have been living in Vienna for two months - sorting out the little things that make Austria different from Russia. In a way, it's a bit sad that I don't have any exciting stories to tell about the difficulties of moving. But it's probably for the best.

Moving to Austria to study was a well-considered and balanced decision. But the decision was followed by painstaking work in gathering documents. I am very glad that I turned to Alina for help (I took the Full Support service). With her, the process was calm and stress-free. Alina immediately wrote a clear plan of action and a complete list of the necessary documents and was always in contact, answering all my questions, allaying my fears and doubts. I would also like to mention that I am in a way a unique client of Alina's, I am 33 years old. Therefore, the package of documents for a residence permit was slightly different, but anyway, we managed and I have been living and studying in Vienna for 2.5 months.

I wrote to Alina in August 2020 to arrange a consultation and to find out all the finer details of the move and admission. We spoke for about half an hour and Alina gave me all the information about the documents I needed. I finally had a complete idea of what the admission would be like. Then, in February 2021, I wrote that I wanted the "Full Support" service. On the 1st of March, I registered on the websites of the universities and we started gradually collecting all the necessary documents. Alina and Kseniia were in touch around the clock, ready to answer all my questions and explain all the nuances of the documents! In mid-August I applied for a residence permit in Moscow and received a positive response after 6 weeks. I arrived in Austria in mid-October and started my pre-university studies. At the moment I have been living in Vienna for almost 3 months and on the 1st of March I will start my first semester at WU! Even after the move, Alina and Kseniia were always in touch and helped me to open a bank account, apply for insurance and solve other bureaucratic issues. I'm very glad that I chose the "Full Support" service, because the process of collecting and submitting documents is quite tedious and many nuances need to be taken into account, so it's much better to trust professionals and be calm about your move!)

I first contacted Alina almost two years ago. At that time, I had no idea how thorny the path would be, and I naively thought that I would be able to manage the admissions process on my own. But I am glad that I decided to write to Alina. At first, everything went as it should: we collected the documents without any problems and received a reply very quickly. But then... A terrible bureaucratic hell awaited me! I had to go through this horror for 8 months because of my "non-standard" situation. But don't worry, as it turns out, I'm one in a million. It is not what I had in mind for the moment when I can say that I am special. Without the support of Alina and Kseniia, I could hardly solve everything so quickly, yes, these 8 months are not the worst coincidence. At the same time, during the process of collecting documents, I had a great opportunity not only to get the necessary information for the further progress of our admission plan, but also to ask questions about life and adaptation after arrival. We worked together to find the best solutions to the challenges that arose. There were times when I felt overwhelmed, but I always had the support of the girls, which was very valuable in my situation. Despite the fact that we sometimes had shortcomings, everything worked out in the end. So now I can easily remember all those moments with a calm heart, because it's all behind me. It has been exactly three months since I arrived in Vienna and I have continued to study and work without any problems. I don't even know what would have happened if I hadn't contacted Alina....

I'll write right away - I'm incredibly grateful to Alina. I decided to apply for a Master's programme in Vienna at the end of my fourth year of my Bachelor's degree, so I had little time and a lot of stress. I wrote to several accounts dealing with moving to Austria, but I chose Alina and her full support with the enrolment and the move. I was won over by her attitude to me as a client and my situation, her willingness to work with the difficulties I had, her honesty about deadlines, possible difficulties and everything that was going on. Moving to Europe is not an easy thing to do, and in these times it has become even more difficult. I must have had at least a million questions during the whole time we worked together x) But whenever I had them, I always got a clear and precise answer. It's really nice to work with someone who knows what they're doing and what they're talking about and can explain everything so well. I was never worried about the paperwork, Alina and her assistant Kseniia always told me exactly how everything was going to go. I am writing this now after finishing my first semester at the University of Vienna. I am incredibly happy with my work and I am very glad that I chose the girls. It is very hard to deal with such a global change on your own and I am grateful for my saved nerves, energy and peaceful life and studies in Vienna ♡ I am very grateful for the changes I have made.

If you are planning to move to Austria and are at the stage of choosing someone to accompany you, I want to tell you about the alterations, documents required and all the pitfalls, which proved to be many. I was assisted in contacting all the necessary authorities and always had the most up-to-date information. Even in Vienna, I was literally 'taken by the hand' through all the bureaucracy in German and given invaluable warm advice. When I compare my admission story with people who went to other agencies, I realise how lucky I was to have found Alina and to be able to rely on her. She has gone all the way herself and helped dozens of other people make this journey under her compassionate guidance. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Alina and Ksenia for their endless participation, support, dedication, for making my dreams come true and for their round-the-clock communication. It is an absolutely unique combination of experience, knowledge and responsibility with a warm, caring attitude to each person. If you are planning to move to Austria - do it exclusively with Alina:)

For me, studying in Austria was a conscious and deliberate decision. I had always dreamed of living and studying in the EU, so Vienna was the best option for me. I was very lucky to come across Alina's profile where she talks about helping others to study in Austria. I found enough information on her website to know that with her help I would be successful. We spent more than half a year collecting documents and information. Alina was able to get information directly from the university, which was very helpful. She told me a lot of things that saved me a lot of time and kept me focused on my next tasks. In the end, after working together, I managed to move to Vienna and now I've already started my studies. I can hardly find the words to describe how happy I am. Everything I wanted for so long has finally come true. I highly recommend Alina if you are looking to move to Europe!

It has been my dream to move to Austria for 7 years and I am very grateful to Alina for her help in making this dream come true. It is no secret that applying to European universities is not the easiest process, especially when it comes to collecting documents. There are many nuances in the process, as I later found out from my own experience. It all started with a consultation. Alina helped me to choose the right programme. When I realised that I was motivated, I took Alina's full support, which I have never regretted. Alina was with me every step of the way, from applying to the university to getting a residence permit. She was always in touch, answered my questions, which were many, and gave me some advice on timing. Once I arrived, Alina and her team helped me open a bank account, buy a SIM card, get a residence permit, insurance and registration, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Alina also gave me information on how to plan my semester properly. We did a great job and now I am finally here, so I would like to say a huge thank you to Alina! I am absolutely sure that I could not have done it without her.

Ever since I was in 9th grade, I had the idea of applying to Austria. I even enrolled in preparatory courses for one of the programmes because there was an entrance exam. But time passed and I never understood what documents to send, how to send them and when to send them. I had already subscribed to Alina's Instagram and I knew I couldn't do it without her help. We sent documents to three different cities at the same time, which made the process complicated. But thank you Alina and Kseniia for the quick answers to a thousand questions and for helping us fill in the paperwork! Even when our hands were tied and it seemed like nothing was going to work, we found solutions. The result: the residence permit was approved and the D visa was obtained. As soon as I arrived in Austria, Kseniia helped me. Together with her, we spent two days overcoming all the bureaucratic problems and I received the coveted residence permit card! Special thanks to Kseniia for making a long journey to another city just for me. If you are still in doubt about whether you should seek counselling/assistance, I can confirm - all doubts are in vain. Without the support and help of Alina and Kseniia ❤️ I definitely wouldn't have been able to go all the way, and let's not forget the time and nerves saved :)

Hi! My name is Dasha. In 2023, I moved to Vienna to pursue a master's degree at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. I reached out to Alina in the fall of 2022, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Initially, I aimed for the main university in Vienna, but Alina's team also suggested other options (including the one I eventually chose, for which I am very grateful). Together, we calmly gathered and submitted all the documents and received invitations from the universities. Additionally, I was constantly getting answers to all my questions and reassurance for my concerns, which were not few, in the general chat. All the documents were collected and submitted on time, and my residence permit and visa were approved quickly. After arriving in Austria, I was accompanied everywhere and shown how and where to do things, where to go, and whom to contact. I also received answers to various everyday questions during my first month. I can say that thanks to reaching out to Alina, my move went smoothly and without much stress. I've been living in Vienna for six months now, and I haven't regretted my decision for a moment!

Hello everyone! I started planning my admission well before moving. We couldn't decide between Austria and Germany, but I knew for sure it would be a German-speaking country. In the end, I settled on Austria, and I don't regret it one bit. However, I also wanted to find someone who could help with the move and all the paperwork. That's how I came across Alina's blog, and I still can't believe how lucky I was. We encountered difficulties on the way to our goal, but thanks to the help and support from Alina and her team, especially Maria, we managed everything, and now I'm a student at the top university, Universität Wien. In February, I will start my studies, beginning with the VWU courses. Alina and Maria were in touch with me 24/7, explaining in detail what needed to be done and when, and they literally guided me through everything, from getting a SIM card to obtaining a residence permit. Words can't express how grateful I am for such coordinated work, intertwined with warm relationships. If you're planning a move to Austria, it should definitely be with Alina and her wonderful team!

In the spring of 2023, I decided to apply to a university in Vienna, Austria, so I needed to act quickly as there wasn't much time. First, I reached out to Alina for a consultation. She explained the main steps I needed to take to get admitted to the university and move to Vienna. I purchased the "Full Support" package and started working with Alina and Ksenia. As a result, I arrived in Vienna by the end of August that same year. I am very grateful for their help because everything was fast, clear, and they literally guided me every step of the way!

Alina and Maria were in touch with me 24/7, explaining in detail what needed to be done and when, and they literally guided me through everything, from getting a SIM card to obtaining a residence permit.
